SHIPPING POLICY

Every order is made fresh for you and ships from our roasting and printing partners' fulfillment centers.
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship coffee within the United States only.
COFFEE
- FREE US shipping on orders of 2 or more items (any mix of coffee, mugs and shirts).
- Otherwise, shipping is a flat $6.95 per order.
- Processing: coffee is roasted and shipped within about 1-3 business days.
- Transit: about 2-5 business days after it ships.
T-SHIRTS AND MUGS
- FREE US shipping on orders of 2 or more items (any mix of coffee, mugs and shirts).
- Otherwise, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- Processing: printed to order in about 2-5 business days.
- Transit time is in addition to production time.
ORDERS WITH BOTH COFFEE AND MERCH
Shirts and mugs are made by our printing partner and coffee by our roasting partner, so your order may arrive in separate packages on different days. That's normal, and you'll get tracking for each shipment.
TRACKING
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. All times are estimates, and carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays and in bad weather.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can usually fix it within about 12 hours of ordering, before production starts.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, email us. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it. See our Refund Policy for details.
