1. OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Marcos Rivera, a sole proprietor doing business as My Precious Coffee Co., Texas ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting changes on this page. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.

2. USING OUR STORE

You must be at least the age of majority where you live (or have a parent or guardian's permission) to use this site. You agree not to use our store for anything illegal or unauthorized, and not to interfere with the site's security or operation. We may suspend or refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. PRODUCTS AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

We sell private-label roasted coffee and print-on-demand apparel and mugs. All items are made to order and fulfilled by our roasting and printing partners. We try to show products, colors and descriptions accurately, but colors may look different on your screen, and small variations in printing and roast are normal.

4. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

Prices and products may change without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time. If we find an error in a price or description, we may correct it and cancel affected orders, with a full refund of any amount paid.

5. ORDERS

We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that break these Terms. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you. You agree to give us current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

6. YOUR UPLOADED CONTENT (CUSTOM PHOTO MUGS)

When you upload a photo or other image for a custom product, you confirm that:

• You own the image or have permission to use it, and printing it won't violate anyone else's rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights).
• The image does not contain copyrighted characters, logos, trademarks or other material you don't have the rights to.
• The image is not offensive, hateful, obscene, harassing, or illegal.

You give us and our printing partners permission to use your image only as needed to produce and ship your order. You're responsible for your image's quality; we print what you approve. We may refuse or cancel any custom order at our discretion, including if we believe an image breaks these rules. You agree to cover any claims, costs or damages that arise from images you upload.

7. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our store runs on Shopify, and orders are fulfilled by third-party partners and carriers. We're not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from our site, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The site's content, including our name, logo, text, graphics and designs, belongs to us or our licensors. Please don't copy or reuse it without our written permission.

10. PERSONAL INFORMATION

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. DISCLAIMERS

We do our best to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to protect and hold us, our partners and service providers harmless from claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
